Colt Commando Upper w/handle

Genuine Colt Commando upper receiver .223 with 11.5" barrel.  This is the M4 flat-top with sight rail and detachable handle.  Excellent condition.  These were removed from two-year old police guns and have been  used very little.  Complete with bolt and carrier.  Very hard to find $750.
